What floor plans are available?
Alden Towers offers a variety of apartment layouts, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and select three-bedroom apartments. Homes range from approximately 300 square feet to nearly 1,900 square feet, making it easy to find a layout that fits your lifestyle.
What utilities are included with rent?
Gas is included with your rent. Residents are responsible for electricity, while water is billed through RUBS (Ratio Utility Billing System). Trash service is a flat $6 monthly fee, and utility billing includes a $3.25 monthly service fee.
Is Alden Towers pet friendly?
Yes! Alden Towers welcomes pets.
Current pet policy includes:

How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $55 per applicant.

What are the income requirements?
Applicants must have a gross monthly household income of at least three times the monthly rent.
What does the application process involve?
All applications include a review of rental history, credit, criminal background, and other qualifying criteria. Occupancy is limited to two residents per bedroom.
Is a co-signer allowed?
Yes. If a co-signer is needed, there is a $50 co-signer application fee.
Is parking available?
Yes. Residents may choose from:

A maximum of two vehicles is permitted per apartment.
Are short-term leases available?
Yes, on renewal leases. Six-month lease renewals are available for market rent plus an $85 monthly premium.
What happens if I stay month-to-month?
Month-to-month leases are available for market rent plus an additional $100 per month.
What fees should I expect after moving in?
In addition to monthly rent, residents may have the following charges depending on their lease and selections:

Are there late fees?
Yes. Rent received after the 5th of the month is subject to a $100 late fee. Returned payments are assessed a $45 NSF fee.
